WIRELESS
COMPUTER NETWORK

When redesigning or remodeling an office,
prepare for the possibilty that the project could take longer
than you'd expect. If you can't do without a computer, be sure
to set it up in
an alternate location.
Since Elliot's home-based
business involves working on his computer, there
absolutely COULD NOT be any downtime on his network during the
makeover.
Brent Hall of National Information Systems relocated the
computer network to the living room.
We showed Brent Hall the
"before" photo
with all the tangled computer wires and asked him if he'd donate a slick,
wireless network to solve that problem.
Basically, Brent doesn't recommend a wireless solution
for everybody. He'd only recommend the wireless network if the homeowner
has a certain level of computer "comfort" because they need to be able to
adjust settings on their own. After Brent got to know Elliot, he felt
Elliot could handle a wireless network. Now, Elliot will be able to work
from his laptop from anywhere in the home or yard!
In addition to upgrading their systems and locking them down with virus protection, Brent
has solved the messy wires that lead everywhere, he made it possible for
Elliot to work uninterrupted during the course of the makeover. Most importantly, he gave Estelle & Elliot a whole new way of working, the freedom that comes with a wireless home network..

environment allowing Elliot to work with maximum speed and
efficiency. His computers are networked properly
and organized, and he can opt to work from his desk or via
laptop anywhere in their their home or
yard.
