ORGANIZING PEOPLE

Dear Andrea,

I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to you for helping me get organized. Let me tell you that before you came along I did not think sales was the job for me. I did not know where, how, or when to start. I honestly felt I was so out of whack I was literally scared to even try to get things together.

When I tell people this is my first sales job, they always say, "Lisa you are always in sales." This may true, however for 11 years I worked for a company as a Corporate Trainer. The last 5 of those 11 years, I traveled every week. Every move I made, flight they booked me on, and manual I trained was prepared for me as well as my daily schedule. I also recieved quarterly bonuses and knew exactly what my check would be every payday. In other words, my paycheck did not rely on my ability to make someone believe in my product. And the largest obstacle for me to overcome was organizing the next day after organizing the previous day. Especially when cold calling is 98% of my business and I am 100% commission.

After your visit, I had 3 weeks to sell before my next deadline and that mailing I increased my numbers by $8000.00 THANK YOU!!!!!

I would recommend your services to anyone and if they feel like I did they are crazy not to take advantage of your knowledge, patience, kindness and honesty. I feel like I am not saying enough about how great you and your services are. But I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help.

ORGANIZING THINGS

Dear Andrea,

 Just a quick note to thank you for the assistance in finding my desk.  After nearly 11 years in business I did not realize how much outdated information, completed job files, old quote files, and unused "clutter" had amassed in my office.  With your gentle persistence we managed to collect and remove twelve boxes of files that could go to our file room as well as six BIG trash cans that went to the dumpster.

The rearrangement of my office and particulatly my workstation has made a tremendous difference in the way I am able to function as everything is now in a place that is easily accessible for each task. This has decreased my wasted time searching for every little thing to complete a project, which in turn has reduced my stress level and now allows me to fully concentrate on the work before me. The time I save with new layout is by far the greatest benefit to our redesign of my office as everthing now has a place and I actually know where that place is.

Your ideas and input in regards to our new facilities layout and theme have been very insightful and we are looking forward to working with you towards the completion of this building. Allison and I have also discussed utilizing your skills to help us redesign our companies job descriptions and employee handbooks to reflect our current status and would like to pursue this when we complete our upcoming move.
